Description:

Our Egyptian strawberries are supplied by EG Frost. They have nearly 200 acres of fresh strawberries under direct management. This will increase further over the next years. At the IQF Factory, all strawberries are individually quick frozen, making them easy for the end user to incorporate into dishes. The biggest USP for the factory is the de-calyx operation. EG Frost has direct control of this vital operation in its own factory.
